Client Responsibilities

Termination
By Either Party
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement, typically:

- Immediate termination for material breach
- Payment for work completed up to termination date
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- We will return or destroy client materials as requested
